How do I access the calculator ?
After you subscribe to my newsletter you will have the link to the Google sheet (you need a Google account) and another link for the Excel (.xls) file.
You can access the document from your mobile phone and fill it up in the store, check the items your buy!
How do I make a copy of the Google sheet ?
From a desktop, edit the sheet, make a copy : Click “File”, then “Make a copy” :
On a mobile device, using Google Sheet app :
- On the top right, click on the 3 dots
- Share and export
- Make a copy
- Ok
Can I add more label types ?
Certainly, there is no limit to label types. Just click on the tab “Label types” (in mobile it might be the 3 lines menu at the bottom left). Then, in the first column, type anything and it will be automatically generated in the dropdown selection of the first tab “Supplies”.
Can I use this labels calculator with any school labels service ?
Absolutely, you just need to change the name of the label types (check previous question to learn how).
Can I use this calculator for multiple children ?
Yes, just make a copy of the file for each child and rename it with the name of the child.
